Terms of Service

The rules of the road, in plain words.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

The short version. Plans renew every 30 days, there are no trials, and you can cancel anytime. Ad spend is separate from your plan. Meta decides which ads run and can restrict any ad account. Example numbers on this site are examples, not promises.

Run My Ads is a product of Virtual Closer. Virtual Closer is a DBA of SAKRED CRM LLC. These terms are an agreement between SAKRED CRM LLC ("we", "us", "our") and you, for your use of Run My Ads: this website, the Run My Ads app on the web, and the Run My Ads phone app when it launches (together, the "Service").

Run My Ads runs on the Virtual Closer platform, and the Virtual Closer Terms of Service apply to it in full. This page adds what is specific to Run My Ads. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to both.

1. Who can use it

The Service is for business use by people 18 and older. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms for that business.

2. Plans and billing

  • Every plan renews every 30 days from the day you join, on the card you pay with. Payments are processed by Whop.
  • There are no free trials. You pay for the first 30 days when you join.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan runs to the end of the 30 days you paid for.
  • If we change a plan's price, your price stays the same for the 30 days you paid for, and the new price starts at your next renewal.

3. Ad spend

  • Do-It-Yourself Ads and Premium: the ads run in your own Meta ad account. Meta bills the ad spend to the payment method on that account. It is separate from your plan price.
  • Done-For-You Ads: the ads run on our accounts and we send you the leads. You load a wallet, and your lead rate locks in when you load it.
  • Lead credit (cashback and rewards) is added on top of a wallet load. It only buys leads and is never paid out as cash.

4. Ados recommends, you decide

Ados makes ads and recommends changes. On Do-It-Yourself Ads, nothing launches or changes without your approval. You choose your budgets, and you can stop any ad at any time. You are responsible for the ads you approve.

5. Your ads and your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you upload and the ads made for you. You let us use it only to run the Service for you.
  • Your ads must follow Meta's Advertising Standards and the laws and license rules that apply to your business, including any advertising rules for your industry, like insurance, housing, jobs or loans.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the rights to use.

6. Calling and texting your leads is on you

Run My Ads is software. When you call, text, voicemail or email a lead, or have the Service do it for you, including with an AI voice or AI texts, you are the caller and sender, not us. So these rules are yours to follow, for every contact you upload, import or reach through the Service:

  • You need the person's consent for each way you contact them, in writing where the law requires it, including consent for calls or messages that use an AI, artificial or prerecorded voice.
  • You check your contacts against the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call lists and your own do-not-call list before you contact them, and as often as the law requires.
  • You honor every opt-out and do-not-call request, quickly, on every channel.
  • You follow calling-hour and call-frequency limits and every federal and state law that covers calls, texts and email, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), state telemarketing ("mini-TCPA") laws and CAN-SPAM.

We don't check contacts you upload or import against any do-not-call list, and we don't verify the consent behind them. Any opt-out or quiet-hours tools in the Service are there to help, not to make you compliant.

You promise that every contact you upload, import or reach through the Service was lawfully obtained and can lawfully be contacted the way you contact them.

If anyone makes a claim about your contacts or your calls, texts or emails, including a TCPA or do-not-call claim, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, directors, employees and agents, and cover every fine, penalty, damage, settlement and attorney fee that results.

We may pause or remove contacts, numbers or accounts we think are not compliant, without notice. We don't have to watch for it, and not acting doesn't mean we approve.

7. Meta

Meta decides whether an ad is approved and can limit, restrict or disable any ad account. Ados follows limits on how much and how fast an ad account changes, to lower that risk, but we don't control Meta and can't promise it will never act on an account.

8. No guaranteed results

Results depend on your market, your offer, your budget and how fast you follow up. Numbers on this website marked as examples are made up and rounded, to show how the Service works. They are not a promise of what you will get.

9. Ending the Service

You can cancel anytime and delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, the law or Meta's rules.

10. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. Questions: support@virtualcloser.com.
