What is Ados?
Ados is the AI inside Run My Ads: your media buyer and visuals designer. It makes ad images and videos, reviews every result and recommends what to launch, pause and scale. You approve every change.
Who is Run My Ads for?
Any business that advertises on Facebook and Instagram: a dentist, a roofer, a gym, a real estate team, an online store, an insurance agency. Ados learns what you sell and who buys it before it plans anything. Insurance is where we started, so the ads it has made so far are for life insurance: mortgage protection, term life and indexed universal life.
Does anything run without my OK?
No. Ados recommends and you approve. You pick the daily budget and you can stop any ad any time.
What do new images and videos cost?
You see the price before anything is made, so there are no surprises.
Can I use my own AI assistant?
Yes. Plug Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant into Ados under Connect AI agent in the app, then ask it what you spent, how many leads came in and what Ados changed. It starts read only.
Plans and billing
How does billing work?
Every plan renews every 30 days from the day you join, on the card you pay with.
Is there a free trial?
No trials. You pay for the first 30 days when you join.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the 30 days you paid for.
What if my plan price changes?
Your monthly plan price stays the same for the 30 days you paid for. If we change it, the new price only starts at your next renewal.
How do cashback and rewards work?
On Done-For-You Ads you earn lead credit two ways: when our team gets your leads for less than your rate, and when you update your leads as reached, booked, showed or sold. The more you update, the more you earn. Credit is added on top of your next wallet load. It only buys leads and is never paid out as cash.
Whose ad account is it?
On Do-It-Yourself Ads and Premium it's yours: your account, your data. Done-For-You Ads runs on ours and sends you the leads.
Do I need my own Meta ad account?
For Do-It-Yourself Ads and Premium, yes: the ads run in your own Meta ad account, and Meta bills the ad spend to it. Done-For-You Ads runs on our accounts and sends you the leads.
How is the lead price set on Done-For-You Ads?
Your lead rate locks in each time you load your wallet.

Is there a phone app?
It is on its way for iPhone and Android. Until then, Run My Ads works in your phone's browser. Just log in.
How do I get help?
Email support@virtualcloser.com. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
How do I delete my account?
From your profile in the app, or by email. The delete-account page has both ways and what gets deleted.
