The short version. We collect what we need to run your ads and your account. We don't sell the personal information in your account. You can remove our access to your Meta ad account, and delete your account, at any time.
Run My Ads is a product of Virtual Closer. Virtual Closer is a DBA of SAKRED CRM LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean SAKRED CRM LLC. This policy covers Run My Ads: this website, the Run My Ads app on the web, and the Run My Ads phone app when it launches (together, the "Service").
Run My Ads runs on the same platform as Virtual Closer, so the Virtual Closer Privacy Policy also applies. This page says the same things in plain words, plus what is specific to Run My Ads. If the two ever seem to differ, the Virtual Closer Privacy Policy controls.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number and business name, when you sign up, take the quiz or ask for a call.
- Billing: payments are handled by Whop, our checkout partner. Whop processes your card. We see your plan, the amount and whether a payment went through, not your full card number.
- Your Meta ad account, if you connect it: your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend and results, so Ados can report on them and make the changes you approve.
- What you make and upload: the images, videos and words you add, and the ads Ados makes for you.
- Leads: the contact details of people who answer your ads and ask to be contacted, when they come into Run My Ads, and the updates you add (reached, booked, showed, sold).
- Messages to us: what you send to support or through a form on this site.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, and the pages and controls you use, to run and secure the Service.
- Ad measurement on this website: this website may use the Meta Pixel to measure our own ads, for example when someone opens a checkout page or asks for a call.
2. How we use it
- To run the Service: make and launch ads, report results, deliver leads and keep your account working.
- To let Ados review results and recommend what to launch, pause and scale.
- To bill you, answer support requests, and send notices about your account.
- To keep the Service and your ad account safe, prevent abuse, and meet our legal duties.
3. AI
Ados uses AI service providers to write, to make images and videos, and to read ad results. They work under contracts that prohibit them from keeping your content beyond what is needed to answer the request and from using it to train their models. We do not use your data to train our own or any third party's foundational models.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell the personal information in your account. We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Meta: when Ados or our team launches or changes an ad, the ad and its settings go to Meta, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
- Service providers: hosting, database, email, payment (Whop) and AI providers, each working for us under contract.
- AI assistants you connect: if you connect your own AI assistant to Ados, it can see the account data you allow it to.
- Legal and safety: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or us.
- Business transfers: if the company is merged or sold, subject to this policy.
5. Your choices
- Remove our access to your Meta ad account at any time from Meta, as shown on our delete-account page.
- Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
- See, correct or delete your data: email support@virtualcloser.com.

6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records. Backups cycle out on a rolling basis.
7. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, and access to account data is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away at support@virtualcloser.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
8. Children
Run My Ads is a business service for people 18 and older. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
