What it is and who it is for
Run My Ads connects your Meta ad account to the AI you already use, so you can ask why your cost per lead is high and get an answer from your own numbers. It is for any business that advertises on Facebook and Instagram.

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and enter this address. In ChatGPT, add it as a custom connector. Log in, approve, and it is connected. There is no key to copy.

What your AI may do
- Read now: spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, your campaigns, ad sets and ads, alerts against your targets, and recent changes with who made them.
- To look into a high cost per lead your AI can: break the cost down by campaign, ad set and ad; check recent changes and who made them; compare cost per lead with cost per booked appointment; and leave out any ad with fewer than 7 days of data.
- asking your AI to pause or start an ad, or change a budget. When it arrives, the connection still starts read only, only an admin can turn on full permission in Connect AI agent, only the exact change you ask for happens, a budget moves at most 20% a day, and every change is logged under the AI's name. Today the connection reads.
- asking Claude or ChatGPT to make ad images or videos. Ados makes them inside the Run My Ads app today. A listing in the Claude and ChatGPT directories is also coming soon.
What your AI is designed not to see
Designed so lead names, contact details and health answers are not sent to the AI model. Run My Ads hands your AI counts and costs, and text inside an ad name or ad copy is passed to it as data, not as an instruction.

Limits
- It reads and recommends. Whether a fix works shows in the numbers over the following days.
- A new ad is not judged before it has 7 days of data.
- If your sales or booking data is not connected, your AI judges on cost per booked appointment or cost per lead only, and says so.
Why not build this yourself
- Rules you would have to build and keep. An AI that edits live ads needs limits: only the change you asked for, no budget jump over 20% a day, no judging a new ad before it has 7 days of data, new ads built paused, every change logged. The same limits stop a panic fix on a day of noisy numbers.
- Setup and upkeep. Reading your Meta ad account yourself means an approved app, access that expires and has to be renewed, and reports that break when Meta changes them. With Run My Ads you sign in and add one address.
- Risk if it goes wrong. A wrong pause or budget change costs real money the same day. Here the connection reads only, and changes from the chat are Coming soon and will need full permission.

Why is my cost per lead so high?
It is usually one campaign, ad set or ad carrying the cost, or a change made recently. Connect Run My Ads and your AI breaks the cost down and checks recent changes from your own numbers.
Is a low cost per lead always good?
No. Compare it with cost per booked appointment, because cheap leads that never book are not cheap.
